Great work from my favourite blogging tool!
Just one quibble just now- we need a button to dismiss the settings pane.
Thanks again.

What’s new is that I was greeted with a “component failure” error upon updating…
I like the extension, though! Keep the (otherwise) good work!

June 11th, 2009 at 3:17 pm
Got the same js error as the others.
June 11th, 2009 at 4:57 pm
Caused an error for me too. I couldn’t read it because it was partially outside the desktop window, but it looked like a javascript error, and now I only have one menu item ‘Firefox’ (this is on a Mac), instead of the usual half dozen or so.

Two litte issues:
- Info now gets this blog and the old info (with my name in es_ES locale) has disappeared
- The annoying 5 secs frozen effect when you open SFF or change between blopgs continues in windows.

Rightclick / ScribeFire / File Upload borked: “Please enter your FTP settings!” even though the settings are there.

Help !! How in the world do I close ScribeFire?
There is NO button, or X or anything !!
I have tried Escape and many other buttons on my keyboard but no luck.
I hadn’t noticed before because I usually open it in a Tab, and then when i am done I close the Tab.. but tonight I actually wanted to see if ScribeFire was indeed saving my notes since the area where it should show is always blank/empty! So I opened it a split screen..it finally did show me that it is saving my notes. but now i am stuck with it open with no way to close it!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRR
I am very tired of fighting with ScribeFire doing that Not Showing My Notes thing, but i still keep hoping it will live up to how good it sounds on paper..lol
Guess I’m just going to have to close my browser again…sheesh!

Nice job!

Can no longer access my site “bad login/pass combination.” This is not the first time. Upgraded to 3.4.4. It was fun while it lasted. It’s too bad Scribefire cannot be more dependable. I have to know manually go back to my sites to publish. This is a real drag.
