The one feature I was looking for in Scribefire, is an option in settings page, for setting font for viewing/typing the blog in scribefire.
The default big text format in scribefire is not so inviting to write..

Thank you. However, I don’t know how to use this program. Do I have to reboot after the update is down loaded?

Why is there no link to add images from Picasa Web Albums. I use blogspot as my blog host and and that is where files are saved when I upload them to my blog using the blogspot interface. Just thought this might be something to add in.

I used to use Scribefire regularly on Firefox, but now it will not open and in fact freezes Firefox every time I try to use it. It has happened with version 3.3 and previously happened with a couple of other versions.
I’m using a Mac with OS 10.5.6 on a 1.8 GHz intel core 2 duo and a gig of ram.
Any suggestions? Surely others have complained.

I absolutely love this plugin for FireFox! It saves me huge amounts of time to just be able to blog from right inside my browser. If I had to open another piece of software I just might forget the inspiration for my post. If I write the idea down on a post-it-note I might misplace the note. If I think I will remember the idea…uh, that will never happen.
For me I get the most effective blogging by writing in the moment with ScribeFire. Thanks for this great add-on!
Blessings,
Wendy

I still get this every time I open Scribefire to blog on my Typepad blog:
Error with request, the server sent back the following response:
“Failed to locate method (getCategories) in class (metaWeblog) at /usr/local/stacksoft/tp1.50.0.101/cpan-lib/SOAP/Lite.pm line 2576.
If it would just go away Scribefire would be perfect- ish!

Thanks for the update. I love ScribeFire. I have several blogs all over and it’s wonderful to be able to have one place to write, while still updating all the places I need to. Awesome!

Are you planning on an export feature, to port blogs from one site to another? For example, Yahoo!360 exported to any of the new sites a user is continue to post too.
I like using Scribefire, I’m a fan.

Please help the ignorant, the one that’s thirsty for knowledge.
There are people here who are quite comfortable with Scribefire. Most others, including me, will be grateful if one would write how to make use of Scribefire or tell us from where to get this information.
Please do not send us to the official Scribefire site to read up. I am sure all of us have read up there are and find the instructions too daunting to understand or glean the bare basics for our practical use. Well, it is true that most of the bloggers are not technically skillful to follow the instructions given in the official site, even though the idea was to enlighten all of the Scribefire users.
Kindly help us please, thank you, ben

I love the add-on. It’s great. One thing I have noticed, however, is that w/one of my blogs at least (running on Graffiti CMS) that the “post-publish” option doesn’t work. I set the date for a future one and it publishes immediately.
Other than that, I love it. Nice job and thank you!
