Great program for blogging usage. I

I found that each time I press publish to my blog (blogger), the publishing will end up scheduled in blogger. Why is that so?

However, when I publish from home, I can see the post immediately from my blog.

I use Scribe Fire for Firefox and Scribe Fire Adds, and here are 2 tweaks I've been looking for:

1) Ability to change preferences so that all posts can just be saved as a draft. I like to use Scribfire to get something written on a topic as soon as I see it, but I like to log into wordpress to finalize my posts and upload my own images and such before I publish it to my site.

2) The app placement for Scribe Fire Ads needs some serious work. I think the concept is great, and once it's been tweaked and upgraded I think the project will be a great success, but for the time being, only being able to place add sections above or below other sections is extremely frustrating. I have a theme with pre-designated Ad space, and even if the dimensions match up exactly with the currently supported Scribefire dimensions, I cannot get your ad space to line up in my ad space. For instance there is a 780x90 banner on the home page o one of my blogs: http://www.alphamantra.com but I could not for the life of me get a 780x90 Scribefire Ad inside that space.

Another add-on for Scribefire Ads would be 125x125 Ads, they are one of the most popular, if not the most popular add size on many of the most prestigious blogs (problogger.net, copyblogger, ect...)

Just my thoughts, happy with the products and can't wait to see more enhancements.

ScribeFire is one more reason I use the Firefox browser instead of any other browser. Ooops lokks like I'will have to change my mind: Justa tried to use ScribeFire for the business at hand and an annoying ScribeFire Add...(something) came up. I'll have to check SF elsewhere to see if it's still working,

Sorry,
Jay Carlosi

Thanks for the changelog page!

I don't use a ton of addons --nine in total-- but I'd say more than half of them don't do this after updating.

Thanks.

I wonder why some basic editing features are still missing for at least Firefox on Linux.
I use Ubuntu 8.04.
1. Keyboard Tab does not invoke a level increase of list items; there is not even a toolbar button for that!!!
2. Editing toolbar is not customizable.

After a recent change by Wordpress, they started stripping out angle brackets from any post using (according to my husband, the in-house geek) the XML-RPC API. After updating ScribeFire, I'm still getting the same result... although I didn't clear cache, which I'll do now.

This is happening for other applications, not just ScribeFire - Flickr's BlogThis, WP for iPhone, and probably ecto, although I haven't used that since discovering ScribeFire.

Although - if you'd add a simple "Now listening" widget that would pop data about the currently playing song in iTunes, Winamp, or other player into a post, I'd like that a lot too.

bug - when adding a LiveJournal blog, Scribefire identified a community I belonged to and started posting to that. I had to delete that entry, remove that blog from Scribefire, delist from the community on Livejournal, then re-add that blog to Scribefire.

Otherwise everything seems to be working great. The native Myspace support is sweet, and I'm happy that this doesn't automatically add "Powered by Scribefire" everytime there's an update.
