Quickblogging is a feature of ScribeFire that allows you to edit your blog posts while viewing your blog, without opening the ScribeFire editor.
To enable Quickblogging, simply add your blog to ScribeFire and then surf to your blog in the browser. A new toolbar will appear at the top of the browser:

As you can see, the toolbar offers six main functions: (For help with any of the specific functions, you can click on the linked text below for a more thorough explanation.)
- Open the ScribeFire editor
- Add an image from Flickr to a post
- Add a video from YouTube to a post
- Link some text in a blog post to a URL
- Upload in image and insert it into a post
- Insert some quoted text into a post
Here's the general workflow of using the Quickblogging feature:
- Open your blog in the browser.
- Click on one of the Quickblogging buttons.
- Click on the title of the post you'll be updating.
- Depending on which button you pressed in step #2, you'll be asked to select an image/video/link/etc.
- You'll be shown a preview of the new post, with buttons to change the position of the new element that you added.
- Click OK, and the post will be updated and the page will refresh with your changes.
That's all there is to it!

It always comes back if I send it away.

Markus: I've added a preference to disable the toolbar; it will appear in the next preview release.
