To install ScribeFire, you must be using the Mozilla Firefox Web browser (version 2.0 or greater), Flock (version 1.0 or greater), or the Mozilla SeaMonkey browser suite (version 1.1 or greater). If you do not have any of these browsers installed, you can install them for free by visiting their websites (linked above).
Installation instructions:
- Visit the ScribeFire download page at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/addon/1730.
- Click on the Add to Firefox button. (If you are using SeaMonkey, it will read Add to SeaMonkey.)

- A dialog will appear asking you to confirm the installation. Click Install Now.

- Restart your browser, and the installation is complete.

Note: If you are running Seamonkey, you may have to delete ScribeFire from your profile directory if you already have it installed before upgrading or re-installing.
