Beta Test ScribeFire 3.4
Filed under: Development, Preview, ScribeFire -- Christopher Finke @ 11:22pmVersion 3.4 of ScribeFire will be coming out soon, and it has a few big new features, like exportable settings and customizable post slugs. The preferences system has also been rewritten, and lots of code cleanup has been done.
If you would like to help test these changes before they are made available to all ScribeFire users, download version 3.4pre of ScribeFire and start playing around with it. (The list of all the changes is here.)
if you find any major bugs, you can either comment on this post or fill out a bug report. Thanks for your help!

Hi Chris! Would it be possible to make the 3.4pre version also work with Shiretoko 3.5pre nightly builds? It’s currently not up to this version.

Hello, there is a bug when editing posts. Using blogspot, when you edit a post and save it , it duplicates it (keeps the old and saves the edited as new)

Lisa, good luck in your attempt to get your money. I have filed complaints against ScribeFire with the BBB, Mozilla and a couple of other sites. Nothing as yet. They owe me over $80.00 and I know I will never see it.

It works fine BUT the annoying 5 second frozen effect is still present (Windows).
Settings: good! Very beautiful icons! NEW: Export /import blogs and settings for backup or transference to another computer.
Tabs: now they are designed with a little 3D effecct. Good!
