MySpace Support
Filed under: Announcements, ScribeFire -- Christopher Finke @ 12:00amIn the next release, we will be removing support for MySpace blogs. Using ScribeFire with MySpace has been broken for some time, and since MySpace does not have an API for accessing their blogging service, the amount of work necessary to keep ScribeFire working with MySpace is prohibitive.
When (or if) MySpace decides to support a API for their blogging platform, ScribeFire will be the first blogging tool to add support for it. Feel free to lobby for a MySpace API at the MySpace Developer Community.

Now everytime I try to access scribefire I get a popup that says scribefire no longer supports myspace blogs. Ok, but I can’t get the popup to go away without closing my entire browser. I click ok, and the box pops right back up. I click the x in the corner and the box pops right back up. It will not allow me to access anything in the webpage behind the box. I need to be able to access my notes. Is there any help for this?

I have the same issue. I could care less about myspace. I had notes, and things to post elsewhere, but since the only blog that i had used scribefire with in the past had been myspace. it seems that I am now locked out of all of my notes. any help would be great.
