When you copy and paste from Word (or any other word processor), you get a lot of cruft. Which is why you're getting the formatting errors. Most blog engines expect HTML. What you're getting when you paste from Word is anything but. @Tony

I installed this because I have tried to start a blog on 'Blogger' and found the problem was that I couldn't write it offline in Word and then cut and past it into a window to create a new post in Blogger. Sure, it'll let me paste it but it won't let me post it as a blog because it says there are formatting errors or something. Same in Scribefire, except worse because you can't even 'undo' formatting instructions. e.g. if you turn something into a bulleted list, how can you undo that?
