How do you use the page tools? I thought the pages were supposed to be categories under which you could publish posts. For example, I have a Voice Page, a Data Page, and a Intro Page and I want to publish an article about the Voice network, I thought it would show up when someone clicked Voice. Alas it does not, or does it?
Besides editing the about text for each page, what else can you do with Page Tools on ScribeFire?
thanks in advance for any input,
I keep telling you guys, You need to concentrate on fixing the IMAGE issue as that is what is making this whole blogging tool suck ass.
Unless a person can position their images with text wrap, so left and right, posts look terrible with images and text, you end up having to have all your images at the TOP or Bottom of the text which sucks!
99% of good blog tools allow for positioning and text wrap.. sort it out please
I guess I need to figure out what the page tools are ..
But, I want to “second that emotion” on “blues guitar’s” comment about the need for text wrap on images… this is a huge deal.
….otherwise, I love the plugin.
Nope, never used it. Just never had the need. As a long time user of Scribefire (back when it first hit the streets as PFF) I respectfully suggest that effort needs to lie in improving the editor as in regards to all the common feedback requests concerning the code Scribefire generates, image alignment as Blues Guitar mentions and making the extension compatible with Firefox 3 which is currently in code freeze for the upcoming beta 3 release. Alpha 7 was months ago. It’s probably safe to say that the majority of the code for Firefox 3 is in place (only 60 blocking bugs left to do) so now would be the time to get these things done.
Just hoping a once fine extension gets the long overdue updates it needs.
i know it’s kinda rude to post a questionin here, but i have looked all over and found no “support” page or anything like that which actually seems to be in service ; )
if someone knows where it is…. please let me know.
question is: is there any way to organize the notes? i mean, can i move them up or down in the list after they are saved? or maybe group them?
Did you know that this post is the only item on your site that comes up on a search of “Page tools”? That’s pretty funny. Do you guys blog? How about a link that tells us what “page tools” are? We might even use them.
BTW, I think ScribeFire is an awesome tool. Everything I post is through ScribeFire. I also use it to format comments on blogs such as http://www.themoderatevioce.com. I can write the comment with all formatting and links, switch to code view, copy and paste and voila! Formatted comments, made easy.

When I use it, it gets stuck in the screen and then I can’t blog the page or any other page until I restart Firefox.

I’ll apologize for dave, who apparently forgot to take his meds today.
dave, chill. If you don’t like this completely free product, don’t use it. Cheers, and have a happy, carefree day, dave!
